1 1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the Parlance platform or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
2 2. Educational & Mock Exam Services
Parlance provides IELTS and TOEFL diagnostic testing, simulation exams, grading, and mentorship. All exam formats adhere to standard test specifications.
3 3. Account Security
Student accounts are strictly for individual use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing accounts with third parties is prohibited.
4 4. Payments & Access Activation
Access to paid mock exams is granted upon verification of WhatsApp payment or registration. Activated digital exam content is non-refundable once unlocked.
5 5. Intellectual Property Rights
All mock exam questions, passages, Idea Book materials, logos, and visual design assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Parlance Academy. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly forbidden.
6 6. Academic Integrity
Students are expected to complete mock exams honestly. Utilizing third-party assistance or AI during diagnostic testing invalidates the accuracy of your diagnostic profile.
7 7. Limitation of Liability
Parlance provides preparatory education and score projections. Official test scores are awarded solely by international testing bodies (British Council, IDP, ETS).
